What we have done?
Since founded in 2010, Smartdesign UX Research has completed more than 250 research projects.
Participant recruitment is the most important part of our work. More than 18,000 phone call have been made to recruit more than 2,500 qualified participants. Out of those 200+ projects, about 1/3 was usability testing, 1/3 was onsite visit (including in home visit for consumer product and in office visit for commercial products), and the rest was focus group study and other research format.
Besides the recruitment service, we also provided a whole package of user research service to our clients, such as focus group study, in-home visit and usability testing. Our experienced researchers would always provide value insights and recommendations to the clients upon the completion of a project.
With the fast growth of internet and mobile technology, collecting and analyzing online data has become more and more important to a company. We want to share our experience to those companies that don’t have skilled analytic personnel, e.g. start-up company. We provide consulting service to those company and help them implement web analytic tools, pull out data and provide value insights to the them.
Furthermore, Smartdesign has successfully applied big data analytical skill into the traditional research work and enable customer to look at the data from different angle and make decision accordingly. Tableau is the most favorite tool for those projects.
